Planning & Consultation

We establish a clear post schedule and keep producers informed as projects progress, helping anticipate risks before they become issues.
Media & Asset Management
We safeguard and manage raw media, project files, proxies, and deliverables across all post-production stages. Acting as a central repository, we coordinate the movement of media and project files between editorial, color, sound, VFX, graphics, and finishing teams.
Conforming & Handoffs
We conform the locked offline edit into the online timeline and prepare accurate handoffs (or “turnovers”) for downstream departments, including color, sound, VFX, and graphics. This ensures every team works from the correct picture, references, and specifications.
Mastering & Final Assembly
We collect finished elements from all post teams, perform technical quality checks, and assemble final masters for the main film, trailers, and teasers. Masters are prepared for both cinema and platform releases according to predefined specifications.
Subtitles
Our Localization team prepares subtitles and spotting lists aligned with creative intent and technical requirements. We ensure subtitle materials are properly formatted and timed.
Technical Quality Assurance
We oversee technical compliance throughout the post-production workflow, ensuring all processes and deliverables meet agreed specifications. Quality checks are performed before mastering and delivery to avoid last-minute rejections or revisions.
Cinema Release Coordination
We clone DCPs to hard drives, coordinate delivery with cinema distributors, and manage KDM fulfillment for nationwide release.
